Meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. by President John Risbrough.

Reading of last month’s meeting minutes:
Minutes for the August meeting were read and approved as presented.

Treasury Report:
Treasury report was read by Rod Madison including beginning balance and ending balances and revenue and expenses for the month of August. Financial report approved.

President’s Report:
John gave a recap of the 2019 flying season and expressed his appreciation for all the contributions the members have made over the past year. 2020 is shaping up to be another great season.

Fun Fly:
A CRCF Fun Fly is scheduled for Saturday, January 4, 2020 at the field. Breakfast will be available and if weather permitting… some great flying as well.


Meeting adjourned at 4:30p.m. to begin the 2019 CRCF Holiday Party.
