Meeting was called to order at 6:05 pm by President John Risbrough.

Rod M. gave a detailed report on all in and out going expenses with beginning and ending balances. The report was seconded and approved by members present.

The December Christmas party was discussed. There will be lots of raffle prizes available also it would be fun to have a white elephant sale.

Field security issues were discussed along with our missing batteries out of our maintenance machines and how to handle the replacement batteries, also, should we consider a motion detection camera.

New Years Fun Fly was mentioned but no confirmation as of yet.
