Meeting was called to order at 6:10 p.m. by President John Risbrough.

Nine members were present.

Reading of last month’s meeting minutes:
President John read the minutes from the September meeting

Treasury Report:
The Treasurers report was read by Rod Madison.

The minutes and Treasurers report were seconded and approved by all present.

Next year's events were discussed

1 First event for 2020 would be our yearly Swap & Shop event at the Creswell Community Center sometime around end of April or early May (dates pending)

2 Second event June 20th Swap & Shop at our field

3 Rod suggested a Cub and High Wing event since Cub Nuts and other events around the state have been cancelled for various reasons and maybe we could pick up the ball here at our club.

This event still under consideration for maybe sometime in August

Security

The security problem at the field concerning uninvited people scouting out our storage sheds and being a general nuisance plus possible future trouble is a very real concern to us. Remedies were discussed.

Other matters such as the Christmas Party were brought up.

Monty gave us a run down on the web site updates.
