Swap-N-Fly Event: This year’s swap and fly is scheduled for Saturday, June 22, 2019 at Walker Field. There will be communication coming on what needs to be done before the event. We’ll need volunteers for table set up, food and checking the BBQ for propane and working order.
The field is in great shape thanks to many of the club members who have pitched in to keeping it in shape. Special thanks to Rod and Bill for their efforts to maintain the club field.
Future projects include cleaning out of the storage shed and the mower shed as well as pouring two additional pads for aircraft anchors.
Safety Review: Reminder that flight tables are to remain facing east away from the landing zone for additional safety.
Show & Tell: Glenn gave a great synopsis of his recent flight training school in Wisconsin including pictures, instruction manuals and tips to be a successful RC pilot.
